Delivery conditions and shipping costs

Delivery by parcel service (DHL)

The delivery time is 4-6 working days after payment of your order, provided that all items are in stock and not otherwise stated in the product description. Personalized items require 1 - 3 weeks delivery time. The delivery capability of items is automatically displayed on the item detail page. Different delivery times are specified in the item description, so you know whether an item is in stock or not. When requesting non-stocked goods, we take your order in the backlog. The delivery takes place immediately after the article could be worried again.

If your items are already on the way to you, you can use the parcel delivery information at any time online to query the status of your order.

Postage and packaging: For postage and packaging and shipping within the EU, we charge a regular flat rate of 5.99.

From a value of 50, - Euro, the delivery is free shipping. Only applies to standard shipping DHL

Delivery outside Germany (EU / EEC):

The prices mentioned in our webshop or catalog are calculated in Euro, incl. VAT. (currently 19% and for books and magazines 7%).

You have the possibility to choose between the payment methods Prepay, Amazon Pay or Paypal.

For postage and packaging and shipping outside the EU, we charge a regular fee of 10.99.

From a value of 50, - Euro, the delivery is free shipping. Only applies to standard shipping DHL

In any case, you are responsible for complying with the legal requirements (import and possession) of the respective country - please note the respective import regulations of your country! They bear the costs and fees, e.g. for returns through customs or undeliverability.

Shipping to non-EU countries is not possible (except Norway and Switzerland).

For deliveries to customers from Switzerland with delivery address in Germany, we will attach an export document to the package which you must have stamped upon export at customs. Please return the form to us and we will refund the full German value added tax.

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment of your order.

Customers from Switzerland with residence in the greater Basel area - Aargau (BS / BL / AG)

We are happy to take care of all customs matters for you and deliver your order personally to you.

To do this, select the shipping method: Outbound delivery CH

Any import charges / customs / taxes will be charged with the refund of German VAT according to documents.

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment of your order.

This service is offered free of charge by us.

Refusal / Non-redeemed shipment:

In the case of a mere return of the goods or a refusal of acceptance, the contract will continue to apply under the new law from 13.06.2014, unless you have declared an express withdrawal. In case of refusal of acceptance or non-redemption of a consignment, we expressly reserve the right to exclude the respective customer from certain payment options or further delivery. Any fees will be borne by the customer
